Precautions for commissioning and operation of air compressor in nitrogen generator

a、 New machine debugging must be carried out by professional debugging personnel;

b、 Before starting up, it should be confirmed that there is no one inside the unit and checked for any items or tools. The unit door should be closed; When starting up, notify the personnel around the unit to pay attention first;

c、 During the trial operation, strictly check the direction of operation of the compressor used in the nitrogen generator. If reverse rotation is found, immediately stop the machine, cut off the power, swap the two three-phase wires, and restart the machine. Otherwise, it may damage the compressor used in the nitrogen generator (please pay attention to this during factory power maintenance!)

d、 The compressor used in the nitrogen generator cannot operate at a pressure higher than the exhaust pressure specified on the nameplate, otherwise it may cause the motor to overload and burn out;

e、 When the compressor used in the nitrogen generator is under remote control, the machine may start at any time and should be tagged for reminder;

f、 When the compressor used in the nitrogen generator malfunctions or there are uncertain factors present, do not forcefully turn it on. At this time, cut off the power and make a prominent mark.
