Nitrogen Generation Process
1.Air Compression: The compressor transforms raw air into high-pressure air.
2.Pressure Stabilization: The air is sent to a buffer tank to stabilize pressure.
3.Purification: Moisture and oil are removed through filtration, followed by dehydration via a refrigerated dryer.
4.Final Filtration: Harmful substances are further filtered out.
5.Adsorption: Clean air enters the adsorption tower, where oxygen and nitrogen are separated.
6.Nitrogen Collection: The purified nitrogen is stored in a tank.
7.Cycle Time: The entire process takes approximately 1 minute.
8.Regeneration: The system equalizes and reduces pressure to remove impurities and regenerate the adsorbent.
