The buffer tank of the nitrogen generator reduces the gas pulse flow and acts as a buffer, thereby reducing the pressure fluctuation of the system and allowing the compressed air to pass smoothly through the compressed air purification component. In order to fully remove impurities such as water and reduce the load of the subsequent PSA O2 N2 separation system; at the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched, it also provides a large amount of compressed air required for the Psa N2 O2 device to quickly work in a short time, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower quickly rises to the working pressure, ensuring the reliable and stable operation of the equipment.

The nitrogen buffer tank is used to balance the pressure and purity of the N2 pressure separated from the NO separation system to ensure the continuous supply of nitrogen. At the same time, after the adsorption tower is switched, it will return part of its own gas to the adsorption tower; on the one hand, it helps the adsorption tower to increase the pressure, and on the other hand, it also plays a role in protecting the bed layer, playing an important process auxiliary role in the work of the nitrogen generator equipment.
