The air compression into the nitrogen machine must be solved by removing oil and water, and the pressure of the compressed air should be about 0.8Mpa, if there is a standard for the dew point, it is also necessary to reduce the dew point of the air compression to meet the regulations. The compressed air must pass through a filter before entering the nitrogen machine. The filter device is composed of an oil remover, a cold and dry machine and a filter device. If the standard of compressed air is high, a 4-stage filter device can also be used in the filtration device, which is generally the application of a 3-stage filter. If there is a standard for the dew point of nitrogen, adsorption dryers can also be added. The whole filter device is composed of oil remover, cold dryer, adsorption dryer and filter device.
