What are the factors that affect the stability of nitrogen generators?
Nitrogen generators are Nitrogen Production equipment designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. So do you know what are the factors that solve the stability of customized nitrogen generators? Next, the editor of China's nitrogen equipment manufacturer has sorted out the relevant factors, and you can take a look.
From the composition of the nitrogen generator, there are only two main factors that affect its stability, control valves and carbon molecular sieves.
PSA nitrogen generators should have the following performance:
- Excellent material, good sealing, no air leakage
- Able to accept frequent opening and closing actions to ensure service life
- Quickly complete the switching action within the received control signal (about 0.02 seconds)
The valve cycle (every 60 seconds) must be switched once. The nitrogen generator is calculated for 300 working days per year, 24 hours a day, and the adsorption and desorption cycle is 4 minutes. Then each valve needs to be opened and closed more than 200,000 times a year. As long as one of the valves fails, it will affect the normal operation of the entire equipment. Therefore, the continuous service life of the valve is an important part of the stability and reliability of the nitrogen generator.
