Faults and solutions of nitrogen generator equipment

Nitrogen Generators have been widely used in chemical, electronic, metallurgical, food, machinery and other fields.Nitrogen generators are based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption and use high-quality carbon molecular sieves as adsorbents to produce nitrogen from the air under a certain pressure. One: Common faults of nitrogen generators:

1) Air filter, freeze dryer, air storage tank are not drained normally.

2) The freeze dryer does not refrigerate and no personnel find it in time.

3) The front of the nitrogen generator is not equipped with an activated carbon degreaser.

4) A large amount of black particles are sprayed out of the nitrogen generator muffler.

5) Some pneumatic valves are damaged.

6) The air filter element has not been replaced since the equipment was used.

Two: Solution

1) Install a timer drainer at the drain outlet of the air storage tank to reduce the load pressure of post-processing.

2) For normal use of the equipment, please pay attention to check whether each timed drainer is draining normally, whether the air pressure meets 0.6Mpa or above, and touch the inlet and outlet of the cold dryer to compare whether there is a refrigeration effect. Check whether the nitrogen purity is stable.

3) The air filter must be replaced every 4000 hours.

4) The activated carbon filter can filter oil and dirt, which can extend the service life of the carbon molecular sieve. The activated carbon needs to be replaced every 3000 hours or 4 months.
